Fractional art investment in the cultural asset class

ULISS offers qualified investors access to fractional ownership of physical contemporary artworks through ArtChain Capital, a regulated platform launching in 2026.

The opportunity

Why contemporary art is a strategic asset class now

Contemporary art has historically delivered low correlation with traditional asset classes and meaningful long-term appreciation, but the market has been gated by high entry tickets, slow liquidity and opaque pricing. Tokenisation removes those frictions while preserving the underlying physical asset.

ArtChain Capital lets investors acquire fractional shares of specific paintings from the ULISS portfolio, all anchored by Vasily Bratash's archival series and a curated roster of contemporary artists with documented market history.

The platform is being built for compliant launch under EU and US security-token frameworks. This is regulated digital ownership of art, not a derivative or a speculative wrapper.

Our thesis

Three sources of return from art investment

Investors earn from a combination of capital appreciation, ongoing leasing income, and secondary-market liquidity. Each component is independent of the others, and each is documented in writing before any commitment.

01

Capital appreciation

The underlying artwork increases in market value over time. Independent valuations are conducted at listing and refreshed annually, with full transparency on methodology and comparable sales.

02

Leasing yield

Works are placed in hotels, museums, corporate spaces and curated exhibitions. Rental income is distributed proportionally to fractional shareholders on a quarterly basis.

03

Secondary liquidity

Investors can sell fractional shares to other qualified investors on the platform, accessing exit liquidity without forcing a full disposition of the underlying painting.

How it works

04

Ongoing reporting

Receive quarterly statements on leasing income, annual revaluations, and access to private events and previews through the Luxury Investor Club.
