Who we are

Contemporary art distribution between artists and premium spaces

ULISS was founded on a simple conviction: a well-chosen work of contemporary art is not an accessory to a space, it is the statement that space was waiting to make. A hotel lobby without art has finished its blueprint but not its meaning. The painting on the wall is what the room is going to be remembered for.

We work where architecture, business and culture meet. Our clients are hotel groups rethinking what a lobby should feel like after a long flight. Developers who understand that the difference between a residence and a residence worth returning to is often the object hanging above the fireplace. Private collectors building legacies, galleries looking for a distribution partner that speaks their language, and investment funds exploring fractional ownership of cultural assets.

We operate across four continents, with active networks in Europe, the United States, Serbia, Georgia and the post-Soviet space, and we translate between them. Between the artist in a studio in Moscow and the architect designing a boutique hotel in Lisbon. Between a collector in Dubai and an estate sale in Belgrade. We see ourselves less as a gallery and more as a bridge.

Our portfolio is anchored by contemporary painters working in the conceptualist tradition, most notably the archival series of Vasily Bratash whose ink-and-marker compositions have defined our visual identity since our founding. Alongside original artworks, ULISS develops three proprietary digital products: MindCanvas, NeuroPortrait AI and ArtChain Capital.

What we stand for

Six principles of a serious art distribution company

Our values are not posted on a wall and forgotten. They shape how we negotiate contracts, choose artists, pack crates, answer emails on Sunday nights, and decide whether a prospective client is a good fit.

01

International art logistics, no asterisks

Climate-controlled handling, customs clearance, insurance and white-glove installation across the EU, the US and the CIS. If we can't get the work to you safely, we will tell you before we quote.

02

Every represented artist, individually vetted

Every represented artist passes an authorship, provenance and market-stability review. We turn down far more artists than we take on, and it's deliberate. A small roster is a disciplined roster.

03

Original artworks first, provenance always

Unique paintings, signed drawings and tightly controlled limited editions. No reproductions, no ambiguity of title, every piece accompanied by a provenance record and an artist-signed certificate.

04

Turnkey B2B art services, end to end

Curation, contracting, framing, shipping, installation and documentation in one engagement with one accountable point of contact. You should not have to coordinate five vendors to hang one painting.

05

Flexible commercial models for art acquisition

Consignment, outright purchase, long-term lease or joint-venture exhibition formats. The commercial structure should fit the project, not the other way around.

06

Art plus technology: NeuroArt & tokenisation

Proprietary NeuroArt products blending fine art with acoustic wellness, AI personalisation and blockchain tokenisation. We are building these because they are genuinely interesting, not because they trend well.
